Cesar Gonzalez, Chairman and CEO of Sailfish, said, “Sailfish has always been focused on returning capital to shareholders. Since July 2019, the Company repurchased approximately 7.6 million shares under three consecutive normal course issuer bids. Following the recent monetization of the NSR on Tocantinzinho and the declaration of commercial production in San Albino, where the Company has a gold flow equivalent to an NSR of 3%, Sailfish is proud to declare an inaugural quarterly dividend. At today’s prices, the dividend represents an annual yield of approximately 5%, which is well above industry standards and consistent with the company’s goal of returning capital to shareholders. »
